1) Scope and controller
This policy applies to My Money Hub, a personal finance assistant, and related services operated by Viglascode. It explains what data we process, why we process it, and your rights under U.S. privacy laws.
2) Information we collect
- Contact data when you reach support (for example, email).
- Technical and usage data (device, version, product events, errors).
- Financial information you enter in the app: income, expenses, transactions, budgets, categories, accounts, goals, properties and other assets (for example, homes, vehicles, or land), and any data needed to calculate net worth, financial health, metrics, or trends.
- Operational data required to provide, maintain, and secure the service.
3) How we use information
- Operate and maintain the application.
- Generate evaluations, scores, levels, goals, financial freedom metrics, trends, and weekly mentor guidance based on the information you enter.
- Integrate properties and assets into your net worth and financial health evaluation.
- Enable data export and import when you request it.
- Improve features, performance, and support.
- Prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
4) Financial data and automated insights
My Money Hub processes the information you enter to provide finance assistant features, including evaluations, tips, and recommendations. These outputs are generated from your data for informational purposes only; they do not constitute financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. We do not use your financial information for cross-context behavioral advertising or sell it.
5) Legal basis and disclosure
We process data to provide the service, meet legal obligations, protect security, and improve user experience. We do not sell personal information or share sensitive information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6) U.S. privacy rights
If you are a resident of states with applicable privacy laws (for example California CPRA/CCPA, Virginia VCDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, or Utah UCPA), you may request access, correction, deletion, copy/portability, and where applicable opt out of certain processing.
7) Retention and security
We retain data only as long as needed for operational, legal, and security purposes. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including financial data, assets, and evaluations generated in the app.
8) Export and import
If you export data from the app, you are responsible for protecting the resulting files and sharing them only with trusted recipients. If you import data, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that its content is accurate.
9) Children (COPPA)
My Money Hub is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent.
10) Requests and verification
To protect your account, we may request reasonable information to verify identity before processing rights requests. You may also designate an authorized agent where allowed by law.
